Senior Software Engineer
The Senior Software Engineer will be a technical leader on the Identity and Access Management Team. They will play a significant role in advancing the strategic IAM goals for services and driving the implementation of solutions to meet campus IAM needs.
ServiceNow Architect
This position will be responsible to design, develop, test, and document ServiceNow flows, forms, reports, application configurations and adaptations to accomplish goals of user requests. It will also need to evaluate user requests for new or modified workflows to determine feasibility, cost and time required, and compatibility with current system.
Senior Software Engineer
Member of the ITS Campus Solutions Web Content Management Solutions team, which supports the UT Austin community’s web content management needs through the creation and support of CMS tools and services. This specific position’s function within the team is to provide DevOps support and leadership, including but not limited to the configuration and management of automation platforms such as Jenkins and GitHub Actions, configuration management and system administration for virtual servers for team services and projects, and integration of vendor platforms and data with on-campus services.

Networking and Telecommunications
Mechanic/Technician
This position will need to provide journey level installation, repair and maintenance of building telecommunications horizontal cabling.
Network Analyst
The Network Analyst under supervision, implements and maintains network services. Uses knowledge of LAN/WAN systems to help plan maintain wired and wireless networks with guidance from network engineers. Tests and troubleshoots network systems to eliminate problems and make improvements.
Enterprise Network Engineer I or II
This junior technical engineering position will need to provide collaboration and intermediate technical support to design, build, and operate the university’s enterprise and departmental networks, while providing intermediate technical expertise and troubleshooting for departmental customers. Develop, deploy and operate systems and processes to improve university network operations, security and resilience.
Outside Plant Journey Lineman
This position will need to provide journeyman or mid-level skills for the fabrication, installation, operation, and routine or emergency maintenance and or repair of University fiber-optics, copper cable for data and telecommunications facilities.
Data Communication Specialist
The Data Communication Specialist will under supervision support network operations at UT Austin. Assist University networking staff in daily operations, equipment inventory tracking, routine equipment installations, and routine wireless surveys.
