IAM Architect

The Sr Technology Architect / IAM Architect will play a key role in setting strategy, driving innovation, exploration, and proof of concepts that will enable excellent customer experiences across numerous stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be an IT professional who knows the IAM space well and can also support larger enterprise architecture needs to support the campus.

Lead Business Analyst

This experienced Business Analyst on the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team will perform business analysis and testing activities for IAM systems and provide application and customer support, including identification, analysis, and resolution of issues.

Software Engineer

This Software Engineer will be a technical member of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) Team. They will play a significant role in advancing the strategic IAM goals for services and driving the implementation of solutions to meet campus IAM needs.

Project Manager Team Lead

This Project Manager on the Identity and Access Management team will lead the Identity Governance and Administration team as well as provide essential project management support for strategic IAM projects.

Senior Software Developer/Analyst - Tester

This Senior Software Developer/Analyst will play a key role in test planning, automation, and execution for Identity and Access Management (IAM) services and projects.

DevOps Engineer

The Devops Engineer provides system administration, software development, and router and switch automation support for the Office of Telecommunications and Data Centers.

Data Center Tier I Manager

Reporting to the Associate Director, the Data Center Tier I Manager will provide management direction and oversight for our Tier I team to support our IT customers and internal work groups.

Enterprise Network Engineer I or II

The Enterprise Network Engineer supports the Edge and Core Networking team to design, build, and operate the university's enterprise and departmental networks, while providing advanced technical expertise and troubleshooting for departmental customers.

Program Manager

As a senior member of the ITS Networking and Telecommunications team reporting to the Director, the Program Manager will oversee a large and ambitious up to six-year program consisting of multiple initiatives to: consolidate networking operations from distributed campus units, enhance security, develop change management for operations and organizations, correct infrastructure deficiencies, and upgrade and expand the network of the University of Texas at Austin.

ITS is also a great place for students to find a part-time, on-campus job where they can develop customer service skills, help support the university mission, and get real professional experience. Student employee positions with ITS are often a stop along the path to a rewarding full-time information technology position at the university. Just to give you an idea of the possibilities that await, our current Director of Networking, Chief Information Security Officer, as well as a range of other staff titles in Applications, Networking, Systems, Customer Support Services, and the Information Security Office, all started out at the ITS Service Desk as student employees.
