Customer Support Services (CSS)

Provides a wide variety of essential services supporting the campus community and ITS.

 

Networking and Telecommunications

Provides a number of services upon which UTnet, the university computer backbone network, and its users depend.
 

University Data Center (UDC)

Operates and manages the university's data center and backup facilities, ensuring critical servers are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
 

Information Quest (IQ)

Delivers business intelligence tools, data warehousing, and analytical tool training that empowers The University of Texas at Austin to make data driven decisions and gain value from academic and administrative data.

Strategic Initiatives

Owns and drives strategic initiatives for the Office of the Assistant Vice President (AVP).
Enhances best practices for ITS project methodology based on AVP’s vision, campus needs, and industry trends.

Financial and Business Services

Provides financial planning and analysis, procurement and payment services, human resources services, and administrative support for the ITS portfolio.
