Financial Planning and Analysis
Provides budgeting, financial forecasting, and routine and ad hoc reporting and analysis for all ITS units. This team is also responsible for Service Center rate reviews and billing, as well as maintenance of portfolio-wide service costing.
IT Contract Management
Manages ITS, UT Austin, and certain UT System-wide IT contracts and coordinates with other ITS and Financial and Administrative Services (FAS) units for timely contract negotiation and execution.
ITS Administration
The ITS Admin group is comprised of full-time staff members and a small student team.
Together, the ITS Administration team provides all of ITS and associated departments with human resource support, financial processing (procurement and payment), software distribution and sales, and administrative assistance.

Software Distribution & Sales (SDS)
Pursues licensing agreements with computer software vendors so students, faculty and staff can obtain software at greatly reduced prices.
Many programs are restricted to UT Austin or UT System Schools. One program is open to Educational Institutions in the state of Texas.
